- Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
Consequences of Providing False Information
If false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided at registration or at any time thereafter, bk34 reserves the right to close the account and withhold all associated balances. It is each user's responsibility to cooperate with the identity verification process.
Account Registration & Management
Registration Process
To register on bk34, you need to provide a valid mobile number and the required personal information. Once registration is complete, you will receive a unique username and password that can be used to access your account from the bk34 Login page.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Avoid sharing your password or login information with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the bk34 support team immediately.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
- Transferring, selling, or leasing your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play is prohibited.
- If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team.
Account Suspension or Closure
bk34 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly if a breach of terms or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, bk34 may hold the associated balance until the investigation is complete.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
To deposit funds on bk34, we support the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and this applies to all methods.
- Deposited funds must come from your own mobile banking account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and if detected, withdrawals may be blocked.
- It is your responsibility to send the correct amount along with the designated reference code.
- If incorrect information is provided, the deposit may be delayed and bk34 will not be held responsible in such circumstances.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals may be cancelled entirely if evidence of illegal activity or fraud is found.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Those with a Rocket account linked to Dutch-Bangla Bank can transact using this method.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at bk34, you will receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x) and applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place ৳10,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and will be given once.
- Account verification must be completed in order to receive the bonus.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity is prohibited, and in such cases all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- bk34 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
VIP Cashback Program
bk34's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and transactions. The weekly cashback rates at each tier are up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Cashback amounts will be automatically added to your account.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk34 platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the associated balance forfeited:
- Fraud & Cheating: Attempting to influence the outcome of any game by any means.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in the bonus policy or using bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal.
- Cyberattacks: Attempting to intrude on the platform through software, cracking tools, or hacking attempts.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same individual.
- Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automation software.
- Facilitating Minor Access: Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.
